Anita is CLP Law's managing partner and, like Raymond Colautti, is one of only five Windsor lawyers certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a civil litigation specialist. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes, fraud, and trust and estate claims, and she has appeared before the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and Superior Court. She also runs a private mediation practice.
