About Angela
Angela Faith Cainto-Perez is a Filipino-Canadian lawyer licensed to practice in Ontario and the founder of ACPerez Immigration Law Professional Corporation. She focuses her practice on Canadian immigration, including spousal sponsorships, study and work permits, and humanitarian and compassionate applications. Before moving to Canada, she worked as a tax and legal consultant with BDO Philippines and PricewaterhouseCoopers Philippines, then served as a public defender in Manila handling criminal, civil, and labour cases. She relocated to Alberta in 2016, completed her Certificate of Accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2019, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in September 2021 as a Barrister and Solicitor. She is also a Notary Public and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
