About Andrew

Andrew Moss is a co-founder of Moss Hachey Law who has represented clients at all levels of court in New Brunswick as well as in Federal Court. His practice focuses on personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and disability claims. He was raised in Fredericton and has family throughout New Brunswick. He currently chairs the Civil Litigation Section of the Canadian Bar Association's New Brunswick Branch and is a former president of the York-Sunbury Law Society, where he has also served as vice president and board member since 2020. He has taught an Insurance Law course at the University of New Brunswick and previously served on the Ethics Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick. He is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of New Brunswick, and has written and spoken on insurance law topics at national conferences.
