About Andrew

Andrew Hnatiuk grew up on a hobby farm near Lockport and moved his law practice back home to Selkirk in 2020, operating as Hnatiuk Law. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, articled with a Crown corporation in Winnipeg, and worked as a legal researcher with the Manitoba Securities Commission during law school. Before studying law, he earned a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Manitoba and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation, working for several years as a commercial underwriter. His practice, previously based in Manitou, Morden, Pilot Mound, and Somerset, focuses on real estate and mortgages, farmland, business law, estate administration and probate, and estate planning. He has published articles in the Manitoba Law Journal and Seedbed Publishing, and is active in the Selkirk community, including hosting free estate planning seminars.
