About Andrew

Andrew Carvajal is the managing lawyer of Carvajal Law P.C. and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Carvajal holds a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University, along with a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Civil Law. The practice focuses on business immigration, including relocating foreign workers through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the International Mobility Program, representing employers and employees on Labour Market Impact Assessment applications and work permits, and assisting professionals and entrepreneurs with permanent residence applications under federal and provincial economic programs. Carvajal has worked in the international student industry for over 10 years, assisting with study permits and visitor visas, and is the co-founder and CEO of Mobility.Study, a Canadian mobility company. Carvajal has taught immigration-related courses to immigration lawyers, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and paralegals for over 10 years, serves as Chief Academic Officer for the Legal Professionals Education Network, and has testified before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration. Before practising law, Carvajal was a sociology professor and researcher at McGill University, and is fluent in Spanish with a working proficiency in French.
