About Amalia

Amalia Schön practices family law in North Vancouver, focusing on preserving family relationships through negotiation, mediation and the Collaborative Divorce process rather than litigation. She advises clients on the full range of family law matters, including marriage and cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, property and debt division, child and spousal support, and parenting issues such as guardianship and parenting time. She is a member of the Law Society of BC and an accredited family law mediator with the Law Society, as well as a Collaborative Law Practitioner and a Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Board of Directors member.
