Allan Morrison is the principal legal counsel at Morrison Law, a litigation boutique in Toronto. He leads the firm's international commercial litigation and international business law practice, directing cross-border legal actions for major international companies doing business in Canada and abroad. He is also director of COMART, a program under the Canada-Taiwan Memorandum of Understanding on Maritime Technologies, and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
