About Aliya

Aliya Aneja is an associate lawyer at Radley Family Law who has practiced almost exclusively in family law since her admission to the Ontario bar. She has managed and assisted with litigation files at every level of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Court of Appeal. Before joining the firm she articled and worked at a full-service firm, gaining exposure to business and corporate, employment, personal injury, wills and estates, and real estate law. She holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a JD from Western Law, where she also co-led the ADR program helping other students earn their certification, and she often favours negotiation and mediation where appropriate.
