About Ali

Ali Memon is a Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario, practising real estate, wills and estates, immigration, and notary public services. Before entering private practice, he spent more than five years as a federal government official in a department responsible for implementing immigration programs and regulating the labour market, and earlier worked as a human rights lawyer and researcher with the Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed a law degree and postgraduate diploma from the University of London in the UK before earning a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He meets clients directly, without intermediary clerks or receptionists, and can travel to a client's home by arrangement.
