About Ali

Ali Chahadi founded ALC Avocat after working at a boutique Montreal firm, where he advised, accompanied, and represented SMEs, shareholders, and individuals in business transfer transactions. His practice focuses on advising small and medium enterprises, business leaders, and shareholders, combining legal, tax, and accounting expertise. He holds a technical diploma in accounting and management from the Collège de Rosemont, a certificate in accounting sciences from UQTR, and a Bachelor of Laws from UQAM, and was completing a specialized graduate diploma in tax law at HEC Montréal.
