About Alexei

Alexei Durgali is the founder of Simply Family Law and has focused on family law throughout his academic and professional career. After completing his law degree at the University of Ottawa in 2013, he worked for a small law firm assisting victims of domestic violence and economically disadvantaged families, then moved to a national firm's family law practice handling complex parenting, property, and support disputes in high-conflict litigation and arbitration. He most recently worked at a boutique family law practice, where he completed training in Collaborative Family Law and developed alternative-resolution skills alongside his litigation practice.
