Simply Family Law Professional Corporation is a virtual family law practice based in Ottawa, serving clients across Eastern Ontario, including Pembroke, Perth, Renfrew, Cornwall, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, and as far as Kingston and Belleville. Founder Alexei Durgali earned a law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2013 and has focused on family law ever since. Durgali began at a small firm that assisted victims of domestic violence and economically disadvantaged families, then moved to a national firm's family law group, handling complex parenting, property, and support disputes through high-conflict litigation and arbitration. Most recently, Durgali practiced at a family law firm and completed training in Collaborative Family Law.

The firm operates primarily online and limits how many clients it takes on at a time so it can offer negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, tailored to each situation. It describes its approach as treating family law disputes as problems to solve rather than battles to win. Its work covers cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, separation agreements, parenting and support matters, property division, and divorce, along with step-parent adoptions and grandparents' rights. Associate Sara Bragaglia joined the team after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2025 and being called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
