About Alexandre

Alexandre Duquette practices corporate, commercial and transactional law, working closely with Yves Paré since the start of his career on reorganizations, transactions and financings for small and medium-sized businesses and professionals across Quebec. He also acts as a business advisor, helping clients analyze and carry out their business projects, and has a particular understanding of healthcare professionals' needs given family members in that field. During his studies he won the best pleader award at the Université Laval's moot court final and volunteered at the university's legal information bureau; he also ran his own communications and marketing business alongside his studies. He completed his law degree at the Université Laval and his professional training at the École du Barreau de Québec, and has been on the roll of the Barreau du Québec since 2020.
