About Yves

Yves Paré focuses his practice on business law, including corporate, commercial and transactional matters, primarily for small and medium-sized manufacturing and service businesses and professionals such as dentists, audiologists and physicians. For more than 15 years he has represented pharmacy owners across Quebec, developing deep knowledge of the pharmacy sector. Working alongside external tax specialists, accountants and business valuators, he acts as lead advisor on financing, purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, tax and asset-protection planning, and shareholder agreements. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1989 and holds a law degree and a master's in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke.
