About Alexandre

Pelletier brings expertise in corporate, transactional, and real estate law, joining Martel Cantin in 2021 after nearly a decade at Bell, where he ultimately led wireless network construction for Eastern Canada. His earlier career involved working with real estate developers on strategic structures using trusts, limited partnerships, and corporations, drafting shareholder agreements and industrial, commercial, and institutional leases, including for the Université de Sherbrooke's Longueuil campus and clients such as Pratt & Whitney. He now focuses on drafting contracts of all kinds and supports the firm's tax lawyers on share and asset purchase transactions, rollovers, and bringing in new shareholders. He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2006.
