About Alejandro

Alejandro Fiszman is a tax litigator in Ottawa who represents clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, from audits and objections through appeals in the Tax Court of Canada and judicial reviews in the Federal Court of Canada. Once a dispute is resolved, Alejandro also helps design the corporate freeze, reorganization, or share purchase that follows. Alejandro holds a finance degree from the University of Ottawa and a law degree from the University of Windsor, and is licensed to practise in Ontario. Alejandro is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and uses Python and LangChain to help sift documents on files involving complex audits, director's liability, and COVID-19 benefit repayment disputes.
