About Alan

Alan Pearse is a lawyer whose practice is focused exclusively on impaired driving (DUI) litigation and defence. He has practised since 2000, has defended thousands of clients across Canada, and is the author of 'A Guide to Breathalyzer Certificates in Canada.' He frequently lectures on impaired driving law to other lawyers and law students and is regularly consulted by organizations such as the Canadian Bar Association on impaired driving issues. He represents clients across the country, including in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Saskatoon and Toronto, and personally conducts all of his own trials rather than transferring files to another lawyer.
