About Akinola

Akinola Olayemi practises criminal, immigration, family, wills and estates, real estate, and corporate law in Saskatchewan. Before becoming a lawyer in Canada, he practised law in Nigeria, representing clients at various levels of court. In Canada, he worked with teenagers in foster care, providing non-legal support to those going through the criminal justice system, and served as a member of the Regina Police Service. Olayemi was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2016, holds an LLB from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2005), completed the Nigerian Law School's BL program (2006), and earned an LLM from the University of Ibadan (2009). He belongs to the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Regina Bar Association.
