About Ajay

Ajay Devgun is the owner and founder of Devgun Law, a family law firm in Edmonton. Born and raised in the Indian subcontinent, he completed his articles in 2015 with an established Edmonton family law firm and was called to the Alberta bar in 2016. He is a Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer and mediator who focuses on negotiated, cost-effective resolutions, and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of King's Bench, and the Provincial Court of Alberta. Ajay also practices real estate law and wills and estates law, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Collaborative Divorce Alberta Association.
