Personal InjuryAdam Romain is an Osgoode Hall-educated civil, criminal, and human rights trial lawyer who has spent nearly two decades advocating for the wrongfully accused and for victims of accidents, discrimination, and employer misconduct. As a student he was admitted to Osgoode Hall's Innocence Project and later worked alongside criminal defence lawyer James Lockyer to help secure the release of Romeo Phillion after 31 years of wrongful imprisonment. He founded Romain Law after practising civil litigation at an insurance litigation boutique focused on personal injury.
