Abraham Fares is a lawyer at Fares Law Firm in Calgary, where he personally meets with real estate clients rather than delegating their transactions to a legal assistant. His litigation practice spans more than 20 years and has taken him before every level of court, from Provincial Court through the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal to the Federal Tax Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.
