About Abby

Abby Pang is the principal lawyer and founder of Illuma Family Law, practising family law, personal injury, and civil sexual assault claims in Vancouver. She has appeared in Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal, and takes a resolution-focused 'family first' approach, registered through the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and certified as a Legal Coach. Abby earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and family studies from UBC and a law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University through an exchange program with the University of Hong Kong, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012. She has volunteered with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, Rise Women's Legal Centre, and Battered Women's Support Services, and was named in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for family law.
