Theva Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm in Markham, Ontario, founded in 2017 by Vinosha Abigail Thevarajah. Thevarajah earned an Honours Degree in Psychology from York University, completed the Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Before starting the firm, Thevarajah worked at two Toronto-based personal injury firms and served as corporate counsel for Sears Canada Inc. in downtown Toronto. The firm now handles residential real estate, wills and estates, small business law, short-term and long-term disability claims, and family law matters, and it serves clients in both Tamil and English.

According to the firm, Theva Law became the first law firm in Markham to offer services in Tamil when it opened. The team includes an associate lawyer who trained at the University of Sussex and Wilfrid Laurier University, a senior law clerk fluent in Spanish, and support and accounting staff. Thevarajah is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association, and serves as Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee for the Tamil Bar Association.
