H&R Law Firm Professional Corporation, doing business as Rada Law Firm, is a Thornhill, Ontario practice that handles criminal law, business and corporate law, wills and estates, immigration law, real estate and property law, civil litigation, and notary services. Rada Piranfar founded the firm after a legal career spanning Iran, Turkey, and Canada. Piranfar holds a Ph.D. in civil law from Azad University, an LL.M. from Shiraz University, an LL.B. from Istanbul University of Law, and a second LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, and is admitted to both the Law Society of Ontario and the Bar Association of Iran.

Real estate work sometimes crosses borders too. Alongside standard Ontario purchases, sales, leases, and refinancing, the firm manages property investments and related legal matters in Iran for clients who hold assets in both countries. Hamidreza Nazifi, the firm's law clerk and legal assistant, holds a master's degree in private law and is also a licensed real estate agent in Ontario, supporting those files.
