Fish & Associates Professional Corporation is a law firm in Thornhill, Ontario, founded in 1973 by Barry M. Fish. The practice focuses on wills, estate planning, and powers of attorney, together with real estate and corporate law. Les Kotzer earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1987, was called to the bar in 1989, and joined Fish & Associates that year to concentrate on wills and powers of attorney. Michelle Kotzer, Les Kotzer's daughter, joined the practice in 2015, carrying the wills and estates work into a second generation alongside Barry Fish and Les Kotzer.

Barry Fish and Les Kotzer are co-authors of several books drawn from decades of handling inheritance disputes, including The Wills Lawyers, The Family Fight, The Family War, and Where There's An Inheritance. Les Kotzer received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for work in wills law and protecting families, and has discussed inheritance planning on CTV National News and in outlets including the Toronto Star and the National Post. The firm now practices from a suite in the Disera Drive retail plaza in Thornhill, and firm materials also describe an office in a converted century home on Yonge Street. It offers free will reviews and free consultations on wills and powers of attorney.
