FIS Law Professional Corporation is a small Vaughan firm built around lawyer Frances Santoro, B.A., J.D., a member of the Law Society of Ontario. The firm concentrates on three main areas: wills and estates, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. On the estates side, Santoro drafts wills, including living wills, along with powers of attorney for both property and personal care, and handles estate administration and applications for a certificate of appointment. The real estate practice covers residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, mortgage financing and refinancing, and leases.

On the corporate side, FIS Law incorporates businesses, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, and handles corporate reorganizations and the purchase and sale of businesses. It also assists with agreements in the newer area of content creation and digital media law, an addition to its more traditional wills, estates, and real estate work. It's a single-lawyer practice rather than a multi-partner firm, so a client working with FIS Law deals directly with Santoro on their file, from a Vaughan office on Weston Road.
