Roland N. Mark Law isn't a large operation. It's a solo real estate and estates practice based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, run by Roland Mark, who earned a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1993. Mark was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995 and remains a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. The firm works from its Richmond Hill office, handling real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, corporate matters, and notary public work.

On the real estate side, the firm handles residential and commercial purchase and sale closings, new mortgages and refinancing, life lease interest purchases, title transfers, and survivorship and transmission applications. Estate planning covers wills and powers of attorney. Corporate clients can have the firm incorporate a company and organize its minute book, and notary services include notarial true copies and commissioning statutory declarations and affidavits. The office at 15 Wertheim Court keeps regular weekday hours, with weekend meetings by appointment, and there's free outdoor parking for clients coming in to sign documents.
