Bridge Legal & HR Solutions is a Richmond Hill firm that pairs employment lawyers with human resources consultants under one roof, so a small or mid-sized business can get legal advice and practical HR support from the same team instead of two separate providers. The firm handles employment contracts, workplace policies, terminations, human rights and accommodation matters, and workplace mediations, and its lawyers also advise on employer immigration matters such as work permits and permanent residence applications for businesses hiring internationally.

The founder, Erika Verret, built the firm around a career that ran through HR before it ran through law. Verret earned a CHRL designation while building the HR department at a small engineering consultancy, later worked as an HR Business Partner directing talent management in the nuclear industry, then completed an accelerated Juris Doctor at Bond University in Australia as a mature student and was called to the Ontario bar after writing the NCA exams. That combined background is why Verret, who holds AWI and CAWI certification in workplace investigation methodology, leads the firm's investigations work, and why its lawyers and consultants work across Ontario and, for investigations, across Canada.
