Beyond Employment Law is a small firm that focuses exclusively on employment law, with an office in Richmond Hill, Ontario, representing employees in disputes with employers. The firm was founded by George Schneider, a barrister and solicitor who earned a J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law after three decades in business, including work in real estate and ownership of a private Canadian corporation. The practice covers wrongful and constructive dismissal, severance negotiations, employment contract review, and workplace discrimination and harassment complaints, including matters before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.

The team includes senior associate Shira Levine, who holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a certificate in Public International Law from the Bader International Study Centre in England, and associate Ruben Perez, who studied political science at Concordia University before completing a J.D. at Windsor. Between them the lawyers work in English, French, Hebrew, and Hungarian.
