Palomino Gordon Law is a two-lawyer firm founded by Benito F. Palomino and Maxine Gordon Palomino, with a main office in Newmarket (York Region) and a second office in Brampton (Peel Region), Ontario. The firm practices real estate, wills and estates, business and corporate law, and notarial services, and both founding partners are licensed to practice in Ontario and Jamaica. That dual licensing supports a related practice for clients who live outside Jamaica but still have property, estate or business matters there.

Palomino has practiced law for more than 27 years and holds a Certificate in Financial Compliance Administration along with membership in the Canadian Securities Institute. Gordon Palomino has practiced for more than 26 years and belongs to the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, the Black Female Lawyers Network and the Women's Law Association of Ontario. Both earned law degrees from the University of the West Indies and completed their legal education at Jamaica's Norman Manley Law School before qualifying to practice in Ontario.

On its website, the firm describes itself as an advocate for social justice, human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion. It says each partner serves as a volunteer director on a community based board and offers seminars and mentorship in the firm's areas of practice.
