Gwynne's earlier background includes public accounting and the Ontario Securities Commission, then work as an associate at Deacon Spears Fedson & Montizambert and at Miller Thomson LLP, and now includes lecturing the Advanced Condominium Course for Directors and Managers at the Condominium Institute.
