Rubinoff Law is a real estate and business law firm based in Thornhill, Ontario, serving clients across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Lloyd Rubinoff opened the practice in the early 1980s, then known as M. Lloyd Rubinoff, Barristers and Solicitors, after articling and working at a small real estate law firm in downtown Toronto. Lloyd Rubinoff picked Thornhill for its central access to several regional land registry offices, a decision that shaped the firm from the start, and the practice has stayed in the same offices ever since.

Lloyd Rubinoff was called to the Ontario bar in 1974. Jonas Rubinoff, called to the bar in 2011, and Daniel Kuchuk now handle the bulk of the firm's day to day real estate work. The firm's real estate practice covers residential and commercial purchases, sales, refinancing, leasing and construction financing, and its lending side clients include credit unions and institutional lenders. Alongside real estate, Rubinoff Law also incorporates businesses and advises on shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
