Led by Principal Lawyer Paul Kayode Kalejaiye, the firm advises individuals and organizations on domestic and cross-border legal matters. Before MOL PC, Kalejaiye's background included work at law firms, in financial technology, in tax and audit consulting, and at financial institutions in Canada. Privacy and data protection is a specific focus, reflected in IAPP certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada, a Certified Information Privacy Manager, and a Fellow of Information Privacy, plus a OneTrust Fellow of Privacy Technology designation.
