DEAV Law is a small law firm in Markham, Ontario, run by lawyer Avril De Silva, who was called to the Ontario bar in June 2024. De Silva holds a BA (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University, with dual majors in Law and Society and Human Rights and Human Diversity, an LLB (Hons.) from City, University of London, and an LLM (Hons.) from the University of Essex, and articled at a small Toronto law firm before being called to the bar. The firm handles immigration, family, real estate, business, wills and estates, and notary work from an office on Highway 7 East in Markham.

The practice offers in-home consultations for senior clients and people with medical limitations who would rather not travel to the office, alongside a wheelchair accessible location. Its real estate work includes turnaround within 24 hours for condominium status certificate reviews and agreement of purchase and sale reviews, and its immigration practice covers more than 50 federal programs, from the Parents and Grandparents Super Visa to Express Entry and citizenship applications. The firm also provides notary services, including document authentication and translation certification.
