About Give Law Professional Corporation

Give Law Professional Corporation is a solo practice founded by Nassim Give, who holds a B.A. (Honours) and an LL.B. and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Before starting the firm, Give worked as in-house counsel for a multi-billion-dollar real estate company, handling corporate and commercial real estate matters, and before that worked in private practice focused on residential real estate and wills and estate planning. Give was appointed managing lawyer shortly after being hired as an associate, early in a career that eventually led to founding Give Law.

The firm's practice covers real estate (residential and commercial), business and corporate transactions, and information technology law, including drafting and reviewing agreements such as service provider contracts, software licensing agreements, and shareholder agreements. Give Law operates on a fully virtual basis, meeting clients by phone or video rather than from a walk-in office, a format it adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic and has kept since. Its listed address, at 7030 Woodbine Avenue in Markham, is used for mail rather than in-person visits. Give is also a member of the Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals of Ontario and sits on the Board of Directors of Innovation Guelph, on its governance committee.
