Dolgin Professional Corporation, known as DPC, is a Markham based business and M&A law firm founded in 2009 by Jordan Dolgin. Before starting the firm, Dolgin practiced at several major Toronto law firms and managed the business law group of a major Toronto regional firm, bringing that corporate law background into a smaller, founder led practice.

DPC's work centers on mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international, along with management buyouts, corporate and partnership formations, shareholder and partnership agreements, employee equity arrangements, IT and technology transactions, debt and equity financings, and business reorganizations. The firm also handles corporate divorces, working through disputes between business partners and shareholders on friendly or contested terms. Its clients are Canadian, American, and international, spanning a range of industries, and the firm works alongside each client's own tax and accounting advisors rather than on its own.
