Cooke served as a Standing Agent for the Federal Crown from 2005 to 2016, prosecuting drug cases, and has been an active member of the York Region criminal bar for 30 years, with trial experience in both the Provincial Court and the Superior Court, including jury trials. The firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for criminal matters. Shana Nobari, called to the Ontario Bar in 2023, later joined the practice after a psychology degree from York University, a law degree completed through the University of Leicester, and a Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law.
