About Tundo Law

Tundo Law is a solo family law and mediation practice based in Aurora, in York Region. Its founder, Victoria Tundo, was called to the Bar in 2010 and practiced family law at other York Region firms before opening the practice in 2023. The firm handles the full range of family law matters, including divorce, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, cohabitation and marriage contracts, separation agreements, and the division of property, and it represents clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

Beyond traditional representation, Tundo Law offers Collaborative Practice and limited scope retainers for clients who don't need or can't afford a full retainer. It also has a mediation side: private family mediation plus a spot on the roster of Toronto Family Mediation Services (Mediate393), which delivers government funded mediation through the Toronto area courts. The founder is an accredited family mediator and a Dispute Resolution Officer with the Newmarket Family Court, and teaches in the family mediation certificate programs at Riverdale Mediation and York University's School of Continuing Studies.
