SVW Law is a small Windsor, Ontario practice focused on immigration and refugee law, with wills, powers of attorney, and notarial services alongside it. The firm's office sits in the rear of the building on Chilver Road in Walkerville, the neighbourhood housing the Urban Art Market, an upscale boutique gift shop featuring work from more than 30 local artists and makers. Founder Sarah Voegeli West holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a Master's in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa, and a J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.

The firm's immigration work covers temporary and permanent residence applications, family sponsorship, and representation through the refugee determination process at the Immigration and Refugee Board. On the estates side, it drafts wills and powers of attorney and helps clients through the certificate of appointment of estate trustee process, though it does not take on estate or family litigation. SVW Law also offers legal coaching, guiding people through a legal process without taking on full representation, and notarial services such as commissioning, certified true copies, and statutory declarations.
