Wolf Hooker Professional Corporation is a business and commercial law firm with its main office in downtown Essex, Ontario and a satellite office in Windsor. Named partner Richard F. Wolf was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986 and became a partner in the predecessor practice the next year, a lineage that carries through to the firm's name today. Wolf's practice centers on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate succession, and it also reaches into real estate transactions and wills and estate planning. As of January 2020, that book of work included roughly 700 active corporations, plus numerous professional and business partnerships and trusts.

Named partner Ed Hooker earned a degree from the University of Toronto in 1995, was admitted to the Ontario Bar the following year, and built a municipal law practice alongside real estate and corporate commercial work, serving as Town Solicitor to the Town of Tecumseh and advising other Essex County municipalities. The firm's real estate practice extends into farm country too, handling purchases, sales, financing, and leases for agricultural as well as residential and commercial properties. Its lawyers have included Rosina Isabella, an associate fluent in English and Italian, and Joshua Deehan, who trained at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy.
