Yes. Ben Tinholt has acted for a Dutch company that owns a Canadian farm, in a case over property tax wrongly levied by the Canadian government in breach of the Canada-Netherlands income tax treaty. Ben has also represented a Dutch creditor suing a Canadian debtor.

In that matter, Ben successfully enforced letters rogatory from the Los Angeles Superior Court to obtain documents from a drug-testing lab in Ontario.
