I run a housing co-op or non-profit housing provider. Can the firm handle Landlord and Tenant Board matters?

I can't get to the office during business hours, or I have mobility issues. Are there other ways to meet?

Yes. Evening and weekend meetings are available, and home visits can be arranged for clients with mobility issues. The office itself is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator at the parking lot entrance.
