Daniel Strigberger, a coverage and arbitration/litigation lawyer, has spent more than two decades on the technical side of Ontario’s insurance scheme. Insurers have had Daniel as their lawyer at every level, with private arbitrations at one end and the Ontario Court of Appeal at the other. An LL.B. from the University of Ottawa came in 2001, the Ontario bar in 2002 and the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation in 2012.
Adam Fox practises as a coverage, mediation and arbitration lawyer. Adam holds a 2013 JD from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. Most of Adam’s files are complex tort and accident benefits matters, with appearances before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) and Ontario’s courts and a good deal of mediation too. Veronica Attia, a junior coverage and arbitration/litigation lawyer, earned a JD at the University of Ottawa in 2023 and joined the Ontario bar in 2024. Veronica’s first degree was a B.Sc. in kinesiology and health science from York University, and articling at a Toronto litigation firm took in insurance defence work as well as injury claims and medical malpractice.

The practice started out focused on insurance coverage and has grown into a team serving insurers across Ontario. It now takes on a broader range of files while keeping its specialization. Day to day, the firm usually works remotely from its Waterloo base.
