I've been charged with impaired driving in Kitchener. Can SafaLaw help?

Does the firm handle anything other than criminal cases?

What if I'm arrested at night or on a weekend?

The firm is reachable 24 hours a day and can give advice before or after an arrest and while a client is in police custody, so you don't have to wait for regular office hours to get help.

Can I meet without coming in to the office?

Yes. Consultations can be done by Zoom, Skype, or phone, and the initial one-hour consultation is offered once you have your Crown disclosure. If you come in person, free parking is available at the office.

I was charged somewhere else in Ontario. Can my case be handled in Kitchener?

The firm assists clients who want to transfer charges from another jurisdiction to the Waterloo Regional Courthouse, and it takes selected cases elsewhere in and outside Ontario.

I've been charged with shoplifting. Will it stay on my record even if the charge is dropped?
