It's the edge of the Civic Centre neighbourhood, an area the City has set aside as a heritage conservation district and describes as linked to several key periods in the city's development, with many buildings tied to past community leaders.
A downtown address isn't the whole story here, though. Because a serious injury or impairment can make getting around hard, the firm says that if you can't come to the office, it'll come to you instead.
