Zarei Law is an immigration law firm based in Toronto's North York district. It was founded by Amir Zarei, who leads the practice as founder and CEO, alongside a team of associate lawyers who handle temporary and permanent residence matters, from work permits and study permits to visitor visas and permanent residency applications under the skilled worker and sponsorship streams.

What sets the practice apart is its Federal Court litigation work. Beyond preparing new applications, Zarei Law represents clients seeking judicial review of refused or unreasonably delayed decisions from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and it files mandamus applications when a case has stalled without a ruling. The firm has published summaries of several of its own Federal Court results, including a quashed work permit refusal in Pal v. Canada, a quashed study permit refusal in Kazemi v. Canada, and a quashed misrepresentation finding on a temporary resident visa in Nanikova v. Canada. In each case the court agreed the original refusal wasn't reasonable and sent the file back for a fresh decision.
