Wolf Kimelman Personal Injury Lawyers is a Toronto firm founded in September 2006 by Kevin Wolf and Jason Kimelman, who'd worked together at another law firm before opening their own practice. The two founders describe building the firm on shared values of honesty and integrity, and it has stayed intentionally small: instead of being passed between several lawyers, each client works with one designated lawyer from intake through resolution. The firm's practice is limited to personal injury litigation, covering motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall claims, long term disability, medical malpractice, occupiers' liability, dog bite claims, and related accident benefits matters for clients in Toronto and the GTA.

Kevin Wolf graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1994 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1996. Jason Kimelman earned a law degree at the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in 2003. Kevin has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and has published articles in the Litigator and the Advocate. David Tomovski, called to the bar in 2017, joined the firm and practices personal injury law exclusively. The firm offers a free initial consultation and works on a contingency retainer.
