Wong Employment Law is a solo Toronto firm that practices only employment, labour, and human rights law, acting for both employees and employers. Founder Jason Wong runs the practice from an office on Queen Street West downtown, handling employment contract review, severance packages, wrongful dismissal litigation, workplace harassment claims, and termination for cause disputes. Wong is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyer's Association, and the Association of Workplace Investigators, and has appeared before forums that include the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court, and the Federal Court.
