About My Visa Source

One of the highest-rated law firms in Toronto, going by its Google reviews.

My Visa Source is an immigration law firm with offices in Toronto and Vancouver, plus a US office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sunny S. Dhillon and Sonia Mann founded the firm in 2009, when it focused mainly on business and investor immigration. That focus changed after the federal Immigrant Investor Program was suspended in 2010 and later terminated in 2014, and the founders rebuilt the practice around a wider client base of individuals, families, and businesses.

The firm today runs as a cross-border practice, with immigration lawyers licensed in both Canada and the United States. In Ontario its legal work is carried out through MVS Law Professional Corporation, and in British Columbia through My Visa Source Law MDP. Its Canadian practice covers Express Entry, spousal sponsorship, and provincial nominee programs, while its US practice covers family sponsorship, EB-5 investor visas, and TN and H-1B work visas, among other categories. The firm says it has worked with more than 50,000 businesses and individuals from over 120 countries, and it offers a short online assessment as a first step for new clients.
