The complex went up in 1974 as one of the first major office developments built north of Bloor Street, and a 2016 renovation added several floors to both towers, re-clad them in curtain wall glass, and added a public rooftop patio. An underground tunnel connects the building straight to Eglinton subway station, so clients can reach the office without stepping outside, which is useful for a family law practice that serves clients across Ontario.
