Sudano holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and History, earned with high distinction at the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick. The practice covers family law and child protection matters, including divorce, parenting time and decision making, child and spousal support, property division, separation agreements, adoption, prenuptial agreements, relocation, and cases involving the Children's Aid Society. Sudano Law describes more than a decade of family law experience, with matters argued at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
In 2017 Sudano represented the child in Coates v. Watson, a case that led to the Ontario government amending section 31 of the Family Law Act, the provision governing child support. In 2020 Sudano acted as counsel in a family law matter that raised section 35 Aboriginal rights issues. The firm is on the Legal Aid Ontario panel for family law and child protection cases, and Sudano volunteers with the Ontario Bar Association, the University of Toronto Scarborough Alumni Association, Ontario's Family Law Limited Scope Services Project, and the First Generation Network.

Free consultationSudano Law's office is in Suite 1600 of 2300 Yonge Street, one of the two towers that make up the Yonge Eglinton Centre at Yonge and Eglinton. The complex went up in 1974 as one of the first major office developments built north of Bloor Street, and a 2016 renovation added several floors to both towers, re-clad them in curtain wall glass, and added a public rooftop patio. An underground tunnel connects the building straight to Eglinton subway station, so clients can reach the office without stepping outside, which is useful for a family law practice that serves clients across Ontario.
